## Description

In this video, Oit discusses the E-Residency program in Estonia, which allows anyone in the world to establish a company in the European Union through a digital identity program. He also talks about E-Astonia, a digital nation with over 2,000 services available online, and their focus on e-governance technology and platforms. Oit explains how the Estonian government uses distributed ledger technology to protect citizens' data, and the benefits of their X-road system for accessing information. He also clarifies that while some of their information is protected through blockchain, Estonia is not a country run on blockchain.
