## Description

My talk aims to challenge conventional concepts and give community leaders an unfiltered look behind the scenes: always-evolving strategies and operations. How one is building a community around a product, while building a product around a community. All in a scaled, automated way because the team won't be the one growing.

Insights into some of our major challenges, gamified strategies, and what's coming next.
