## Description

Clip The video discusses the implementation of multiple APIs in the context of blockchain technology. It suggests that pre-confirmation gateways, which are considered sophisticated parties, should be responsible for this task rather than L1 proposers, who are assumed to be less sophisticated. The speaker also mentions that standardizing this process is important in the future.
