Raise your hand again if you're from Atrium, just to do that. Chris, nice to see you. Okay, so I am Bomeek, co-founder of Atrium Academy. Next slide. We build learning programs for experienced developers, hence the one part of that slide. There's two sides of the program that we tackle. Protocols like Uniswap want experienced developers building on their infrastructure. They create grants for developers specifically to build that pipeline of core contributors. And they want early adopters, especially when you're launching new things like vFort. Developers, on the other hand, they want structure. They want community. It's really hard to build on something when all you see is a white paper. So this is an example of a tweet from someone who's super excited to join cohort two, and the tweet basically explains why we exist. Community workshops, office hours, that encourages people to build. So enter Uniswap Hook Incubator. In January of this year, we were excited to get a grant from the foundation to launch three cohorts of this hook incubator. We were optimizing for three metrics, the number of devs who were onboarded and starting to build on v4, the number of devs who actually finished the program and built hooks. And people either teamed up or built solo projects. So how did we approach building Uniswap Hook Incubator? We basically infused three elements. So our team is fortunate to have background working on boot camps, accelerators, hackathons. And what we wanted to do is basically take the vibes of a hackathon, like the importance of building and shipping something, the curation of an accelerator, so you're working with people that you're excited to build with, and the structure and rigor of a bootcamp or a course. Here's our shiny website. It's pretty if I say so myself. There's the website on the bottom, atrium.academy.uniswap. So let's dig into how the program actually works. So as I mentioned, there's the curation of an accelerator. We screen for developers who have Solidity experience. They've been building on Solidity smart contracts for a couple years. They have some basic DeFi knowledge. They can explain the constant market maker equation in interviews, and they're committed to putting in the work during the program. This was an exciting message we got impromptu from the cohort when they're excited to see the work we did in selecting people for the program. So excited for everyone who's here today from the program. Congratulations for being part of the incubator. A little bit more about the cohort. As I mentioned, we screen for Solidity devs that are passionate about DeFi, but we have very impressive people. We have founders, winners of major hackathons, people that are professors in academia, and here's a screenshot of onboarding and kind of excitement from day one class vibes basically the excitement continues when or starts from when you first get accepted to the program so we're really excited to see these people promote I know Jeff Jeff fish is here so thanks Jeff for coming so very excited to see the excitement when people join the program. And overall, from the admissions perspective, we've had over 1,000 applicants, 500-plus devs interviewed. And from the first three cohorts, 473 devs have joined the Uniswap hook incubator and starting to build on v4. So the demand is high and the excitement is there. So how do we structure the program? The key thing to note here is that we combine a bunch of different components. So there's a two-month program overall. The first six weeks are focused on building and the last, or learning, and the last two weeks are focused on building. We have live lectures, we have office hours, and then we have a curriculum built so you can kind of follow along on your own as well. And as I mentioned in the beginning, we start off with an overview of Uniswap from V1 to V4, Uniswap math, get into dynamic fees and limit orders. We have a week with guest talks from partners. Then we get into no-op hooks, and finally last two weeks for building the Capstone project. This is a screenshot of the LMS. Shout out Akshat from cohort one who's building it. And then the third component, as I mentioned, is the spirit of a hookathon. So it's basically a hookathon, but with more intensity, longer, more daily support, more engagement, and we work with other partners. So outside of Uniswap Foundation, obviously, we have companies like EigenLayer, Brevis, Arbor, Chairman Chainlink, who want DeFi developers to integrate their products. So we have a hackathon that they sponsor, give guest talks for. They also have requests for hooks. So if there's things that you want to see built, they get built during this hookathon. And you can see what is built on projects.atrium.academy. So there's 91 hooks that have been built from the first two cohorts and that'll go up in cohort three so we're excited to see kind of the projects that get built and on on this page you can filter as you can see here integrations and prize and so you can see some of the prize-winning hooks the hooks built on eigen layer So this is a public link anyone can check out After the project gets built over the two-week period we have a panel of judges representing our integration partners people at Uniswap investors from dragonfly us fee and they helped review the projects and And you get exposure from your projects to people in the industry. And from those first two cohorts, so about 250 onboarded, 138 graduated. We're really proud of that, especially for a two-month free program to have about 60% retention. They ended up coming together to build 91 hooks, so either solo or in teams, and 60K in prizes were awarded from our sponsors. So very excited with the results of the first two cohorts. Did want to talk a little bit about some of the projects that also get built. So in cohort one, Gordon, who is the person who just spoke right before this, built a very cool hook called Unicast with a couple of teammates, including Kylie, who presented at ECC. Unicast is a forward-looking event hook for LSTs and yield-bearing tokens. And yeah, we were very excited to have awarded the grand prize to them and presented that later. We also have Dex and the Semantic Layer team here today. So Dex, Daniel, and Zoe, they built DgenOptions. DgenOptions act like call options that are awarded to traders based on volume and expire based on a price for rather than data decay. And they integrated that into their company, Semantic Layer, that has gone on to raise venture capital. So very excited to have the Semantic Layer team with us today. We also had in our second Hookathon a project that was so impressive that they ended up building a math primer for the hook. And we've had a lot of teams get in touch with them so the kind of projects that get built come from hoax they also are people build hoax they also built tooling around hook so it's been great to see kind of the ecosystem evolve graduates who are people who actually graduate they get a personalized NFT certificate with their team name, a little sticker if you won a prize. It's been great to see people celebrate that as well. And there is swag. There's no swag for people there today because you have to graduate from the program to get it. we are very excited from the first three cohorts of success. We want to keep going. So we got a second grant that was announced just last week to keep building on Atrium. So what we're going to be focused on next, I'll start from the bottom. After our third cohort, which is happening now, we have four more cohorts launching next year. We do live public events, things like Unichain office hours or how to audit hooks. We've built step-by-step guides that live on the documentation. These were written actually by Atrium graduates, so that's the kind of caliber of depth that you learn from being part of the program. And then for people who don't want a two-month structured program with a live schedule, we also built a self-paced course. So that's the URL for that. And yeah, we're very excited to continue working and building on Atrium. And to kind of wrap up with the plug, our next cohort starts on January 23rd. As I mentioned, it's eight hours, ten hours a week, and the goal is to speed run through v4. So if you want to join an experienced dev community, send this link atrium.academy.uniswap. Send it to all your friends, send it to your mom, anyone can join as long as they have solid experience. And that is it. Thank you. Thank you. All right. Next up, we have Ludwig, CEO and co-founder of Sorella Labs, and Yuki, founding growth engineer. And they're going to discuss V4 hooks and app-specific sequencing. Hey, everyone. Hi. So today we're going to be talking about V4 hooks and app-specific sequencing. This is... We already know. So today we're briefly going to touch upon what the problem is and then what app-specific sequencing is, and then we'll discuss how Angstrom leverages app-specific sequencing to solve a lot of these problems. So what's the problem? Imagine a scenario in which a large exchange like,
