## Description

Moving stablecoins onchain is the easy part. Getting money into people's hands is where the operational reality begins.

In this session, Josh Gordon-Blake (MoneyGram) and Dante Reminick (Halliday Payments, Moderator) examine the operational challenges of deploying stablecoin payout infrastructure at real-world scale across diverse markets and corridors.

The conversation covers:
• Where stablecoin payout infrastructure works today and where it still breaks
• The operational, regulatory and banking dependencies that constrain scale
• How MoneyGram is integrating stablecoins into existing disbursement workflows

A practical look at what it takes to move stablecoin utility from pilot to production.
