## Description

Often our experience of remote work is “from the neck up”, highly cognitive and left brain heavy. This imbalance can leave us feeling both under and overwhelmed by our work. In this *highly* interactive workshop participants will learn how to create connection and coherence with others to promote more nuanced and resilient online interactions.
