## Description

Herman, CEO of EVVM, introduces the EVVM (Ethereum Virtual Virtual Machine), a platform enabling secure, customizable, and upgradeable virtual blockchains on top of any EVM-compatible blockchain, such as Ethereum mainnet or Layer 2s. EVVM allows developers to deploy private, configurable EVM environments using smart contracts, supporting features like trusted execution environments, privacy layers, sharding, on-chain name service, native tokens, token whitelisting, synchronous/asynchronous nonces, and permissioned access.

The architecture leverages host chain consensus and execution while abstracting state management, enabling integration with DeFi, gaming, art, and social applications. EVVM supports relayers, native tokens for incentives, and advanced account state management. It is open source, developer-friendly, and currently on testnet, with future plans for zk-EVVM and banking integrations. Documentation and code are available at evvvm.info.
