In this session, Liam Glennon, Head of North America Financial Institutions at TRM Labs, will discuss what it will take for institutions to move meaningful volume into tokenized markets. Drawing on TRM's work with banks, asset managers, and market infrastructure providers, he will look at how privacy, tokenization, and stablecoins are converging, the conditions institutions need before committing at scale, and the question that follows: as more activity moves onto private or permissioned infrastructure, how do firms and supervisors maintain visibility into risk?
