從論文到產品: 實作下一代 consensus protocol: Pala

此講題的重點在於如何實作出正確且可測的 consensus protocol。

Pala 是 Elaine Shi 等人提出的 consensus protocol, 能夠在 partial synchronous network 滿足 blockchain 要求的 liveness 和 consistency, 達到 low latency 和 high throughput。

即使 Pala 的實作已比 PBFT 簡單許多, 多個節點協同產生新的區塊並確保所有節點有一致的資料, 本質上仍是一大挑戰。此次議題說明如何用 testability first 導出易於開發、測試、有彈性的軟體架構。
