## Description

At Pragma Singapore 2024, Hart Lambur, co-founder of Across and UMA, dives into how cross-chain intents are revolutionizing interoperability in Web3. In this visionary talk, Hart introduces ERC-7683, a new standard co-authored with Uniswap to create seamless, fast, and cost-effective cross-chain user experiences.

Learn how intent-based architecture enables instant bridging, eliminates latency, improves user experience, and reduces the cost and complexity of moving assets across chains. Hart explains the mechanics behind intent-based bridging, solver networks, and settlement layers, and shares how Across achieves less than 3-second fill times, enabling Web2-like speeds on Ethereum L2s.

Discover how this architecture powers future-proof interoperability across L2s, Superchains, Arbitrum Orbit, Optimism, Scroll, Polygon CDK, and more—all while preserving decentralization, security, and scalability.
