## Description

A fireside chat in which we’ll lean into the uncomfortable truth that fully transparent blockchains are a market failure for Wall Street and retail, unpack how programmable privacy breaks the “criminals vs. surveillance state” binary, dig into why regulators are putting a target on developers’ backs, and use the “getaway car” analogy to ask: what level of illicit use is the acceptable price of real financial and digital freedom?
