## Description

A conversation with Glen Weyl, founder of the RadicalxChange Foundation, Plurality Institute, and research lead at Microsoft’s Plural Technology Collaboratory. Glen explores how "plurality" can harness the creative energy of social diversity to solve real-world challenges. He discusses bridging the gap between Web3 innovation and existing institutions, emphasizing collaboration across sectors to create meaningful, real-world change.

Glen shares insights on using decentralized tools to connect public, private, and civil sectors and why Japan offers a unique environment for integrating Web3 initiatives with global public goals.
