## Description

What are the upcoming Ethereum EIPs that will reshape staking, MEV, re-staking, and validator infrastructure?

In this deep-dive Pragma India 2023 session, Tomasz Stanczak, founder of Nethermind, joins Kartik Talwar of ETHGlobal to walk through the most critical Ethereum upgrades every builder, validator, and researcher should know: EIPs 7002, 7044, 4788, and 7251.

Tomasz explains how re-staking opens new paths for startup protocols, why exiting validators from the execution layer changes the non-custodial model, how MEV centralization risk connects to protocol design, and why upcoming EIPs will unlock programmable staking, better validator incentives, and safer DeFi. This is your roadmap to Ethereum’s next evolution.
