## Description

Kartik Talwar, co-founder of ETHGlobal, opens Pragma Cannes 2025, a pre-hackathon, single-day, single-track event focused on the future of the web3 ecosystem. The conference aims to make web3 accessible to both developers and non-developers, featuring 17 sessions (talks and interviews) led by project leaders.

Topics include smart contracts, cross-chain solutions, consumer crypto, trusted infrastructure, ZK proofs, governance, privacy, on-chain data indexing, global memory, AI, MEV, wallets, open LLMs, and user-owned browsers. Attendees receive NFC wristbands as Ethereum wallets, blending on-chain and off-chain experiences.

ETHGlobal Plus and event packs offer global perks and access. Partners include Fluence, Open Ledger, Worlds, Aurora, NVO, and IOSG Ventures. The agenda features speakers from One Engine, Dapper Labs, Aragon, Provable, Chainlink, Celo, and ends with a fireside chat with Vitalik Buterin.
