Ed Felton, Co-Founder and Chief Scientist at Offchain Labs gives a talk at ETHBoston, an ethereum focused hackathon that took place Sep. 6-8 at Northwest Building, Harvard Campus. The talk explains Offchain's Arbitrum and how it overcomes several of the limitations of state channels.
