How Ethereum can solve L2 Liquidity Fragmentation

Ethereum is executing on its scaling roadmap with hundreds of L2's now planned or in production. The question on everyone's mind is - how do we combine these L2's to make them act like one chain with unified liquidity and shared sequencing. While shared sequencing has been fairly well covered, unified liquidity has not. This presentation will cover how all the major L2's are thinking about this problem and the solutions they're working on.
