Everything you’ve wanted to know about talking to users in web3 and were too afraid to ask! This workshop will give participants a crash course in user research and UX first principles, then guide them through the process of conducting a research project from start to finish - with a focus on web3 users specifically.
Mindy is the user research contributor @ CoW DAO, helping build the most user-protective products on Ethereum.
Kristina Mayman has been working in crypto since 2018, specifically focusing on User Experience Research of Safe{Wallet} for the majority of that time. They primarily conduct qualitative studies, and their strengths lie in usability testing and discovery interviews.
