PolkaVM: A fast and secure RISC-V based virtual machine

PolkaVM is a new general purpose user-level RISC-V based virtual machine, with modern features and functionality. PolkaVM is Solidity compatible, provides features such as low overhead gas metering, continuations / save-states, near native execution speeds, and more. It is already shown to be able to run DOOM!
