Lightning Fast Multichain Indexing - JonJon Clark

Thu, Oct 2, 2025, 12:00 AM

JonJon Clark, co-founder of Envo, presents on "Lightning Fast Multichain Indexing," focusing on the challenges and solutions for indexing onchain data across multiple blockchains. He explains the importance of indexing for fast data retrieval in blockchain applications, especially as the ecosystem becomes increasingly multichain. Clark introduces Hyperindex, an open-source developer framework designed for high-speed, multi-chain native indexing, enabling developers to aggregate and access blockchain data efficiently via a unified API. He demonstrates use cases such as real-time Uniswap v4 activity, cross-chain ETH price analytics, and oracle data updates. Clark also highlights Hypersync, a data-serving layer optimized for rapid data access, powering tools like Chain Density, Hypertui, Log2, Scope, and Snub. These tools showcase the speed and flexibility of the Envo stack, making complex data queries and cross-chain analytics accessible and developer-friendly. He invites developers to try Hyperindex and Hypersync, emphasizing their robust local and hosted experiences, GitOps integration, and free development tier. 00:00 Introduction 00:41 What is Indexing? 02:19 Indexing in Blockchain Context 04:10 The Multichain Challenge 05:00 Introducing Hyperindex 06:10 Hyperindex in Action & Use Cases 08:01 Why Hyperindex is Great 10:15 Why Hyperindex is Fast 11:21 Introducing Hypersync 12:10 Hypersync Use Cases 15:09 Snub & Security Tools 16:23 Conclusion & Call to Action _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ 🇫🇷 *Pragma Cannes* Pragma Cannes 2025 was held on July 3rd at the Carlton Cannes in Cannes, France and was an in-person summit for builders and leaders in the web3 ecosystem.
