Join Alex Shevchenko, Co-Founder and CEO of Aurora at Pragma Denver 2025 to discover how virtual chains on the Aurora platform are transforming the way projects launch their own EVM-compatible networks—without the complexity and cost of traditional L2 setups. Learn how Aurora Cloud’s “one-click” deployment spins up a full blockchain in under a minute, complete with integrated stablecoins, Bridges (Wormhole, Rainbow), custodial solutions, and indexing infrastructure. Whether you’re an ambitious founder looking to decentralize your product or seeking to bypass the usual multi-million-dollar overhead of L2 creation, this talk shows how Aurora’s near protocol backend delivers immediate mainnet functionality and frictionless user experiences. 00:00 Introduction & Why Founders Want Their Own Chain 01:12 Common Reasons: Decentralization, Token Utility, Ecosystem Growth 02:07 Challenges of Launching Traditional L2s 03:30 Virtual Chains: Overview & Key Benefits 04:54 How Aurora Cloud Simplifies Chain Launch 05:56 Infrastructure Integration: Stablecoins, Bridges, CEX Listings 07:01 Immediate Access to Custodians, Indexers, Gnosis Safe 08:00 Target of 1,000 Virtual Chains in 2025 & Current Launches 08:37 Live Demo: Aurora Cloud Console & Rapid Deployment 10:40 Autopilot Setup: Explorers, RPC, Forwarder Integration 12:00 Leveraging near Protocol & Interoperability 13:24 Marketplace of Infra & Automated DeFi Deployment 15:26 Roadmap & Plans for DeFi Stack on Each Virtual Chain 16:45 Conclusion & Next Steps _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ 🇺🇸 *Pragma Denver* Pragma Denver 2025 was held on February 25th at ReelWorks in Denver, Colorado and was an in-person summit for builders and leaders in the web3 ecosystem.
