We will cover known issues with the US regulatory environment, how those landmines have been overcome, the Corporate Transparency Act and good and sustainable governance that will allow DAOs to function in analog systems. Further, we will discuss how powerful DAOs can be like trade associations/communities that can influence both local and national policy, especially in this election year.
