Join Jill Gunter, Co-Founder of Espresso Systems at Pragma Denver 2025 for an inspiring talk on “Who Will Fight for ETH?” Discover why Ethereum is worth defending, how its unstoppable, composable, and permissionless qualities power real-world use cases, and what crucial roles social pressure, technology, and free-market forces play in preserving decentralized values. Jill unpacks key vulnerabilities—from centralized L2 sequencers and cross-chain hacks to the challenges of economic security—and shows how an open ecosystem of researchers, hackers, “toxic alignment maxis,” and venture-backed infra projects all collaborate to keep Ethereum’s core ethos intact. If you’re committed to building unstoppable finance, bridging multi-chain gaps, and preserving blockchain sovereignty, this talk is your rallying cry to join the fight for Ethereum. 00:00 Introduction & Talk Title 01:12 Why Fight for Ethereum?
