Wasm Precompiles for Eth 1.x by Guillaume Ballet (Devcon5)

Easily deploying precompiles with immediate support in all clients is one of the most exciting proposals of Eth 1.x, and something that could be carried over to Eth2 as well. This talk will present how this is achieved in details, give an update on the work that has been accomplished, demonstrate a prototype and present the roadmap to get this feature integrated in mainnet.
