Values and Identity for Crypto Events | Franzi x Department of Decentralization [ETHBerlin]

[Music] we align our attendees with our values and our Visions so every year no matter what event we run we have a Manifesto we outline values and we really try to um yeah be big on the content part to um go back to the vision that we think was initially important or um made a difference in in the blockchain world and for hackathons that for us also means having Act ual prices not sponsor bounties um incentivized building actually real stuff things that have big V value how Nick would uh say I think that's super important and yeah Inspire hackers with good content rather than project updates and promotional pictures which means if you end up having talks then really think about what would you like to listen to before or while you're hacking probably not uh the latest update from some dep that nobody really cares about [Music]
