Uncover how T1 Protocol aims to unify fragmented Ethereum rollups through real-time proofs. Orest Tarasiuk explains how Trusted Execution Environments (TEEs) and tiered security layers can deliver on the original rollup promise – scaling beyond gas costs while preserving cross-chain composability. Learn how T1’s AVS-based sequencer design, cryptoeconomic staking, and optional ZK verifications enable near-instant transaction finality across multiple L2s. If you’re seeking a solution that goes beyond bridging liquidity to bridging secure state among EVM-based chains, this talk outlines T1’s vision for the “United Chains of Ethereum.” 00:00 Introduction & Trusted Execution Environment Basics 01:32 Identifying the Rollup Fragmentation Problem 03:20 Real-Time Proving & Why Zero-Knowledge Alone Is Not Enough 05:42 Combining TEEs & Cryptoeconomic Security for L2 07:59 Execution Flow & The Two AVS Roles (Sequencer + Worker) 10:48 Tiered Security with Optional ZK for Large Transfers 13:26 Cross-Chain Partnerships & “United Chains of Ethereum” 15:20 Live Devnet Demo: Sub-Block Finality on T1 19:10 How T1’s Canonical Bridge Verifies State Instantly 21:27 Future Plans, Builders’ Invitation & Roadmap 23:45 Conclusion & End of Talk _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ 🇺🇸 *Pragma San Francisco* Pragma San Francisco 2024 was a special gathering of founders and builders that took place October 16th and 17th at The Contemporary Jewish Museum in San Francisco, CA.
