This panel featuring Drew Van der Werff (BH Digital), Rashan Colbert (dYdX), Patrick O’Kain (RW3 Ventures) and Lilia Infante (CAT Labs) was about what companies can do and how they can operate in the web3 space, in spite of the uncertain regulatory environment or worse - draconian regulations being passed. The regulatory environment will be uncertain for the foreseeable future. More voices in government are proposing draconian regulation that could hurt the industry unless founders are building in a way that can sustain in all regulatory environments.
