MEV capturing AMM, from theory (FM-AMM) to practice (CoWAMM)

Arbitrageurs and attackers extract value from AMMs LPs (LVR) and traders (sandwich attacks). We present a new AMM called Function Maximizing AMM that eliminates both problems. This design is the base of CoWAMM, a new MEV-capturing AMM by CoWSWAP.
