Rewiring the Commons: Hypercerts on AT Protocol: Holke Brammer explains why public goods often go underfunded, and how Hypercerts try to fix that by turning “impact” into something legible: simple claims about work done, backed by evidence and evaluation. He then shares how AT Protocol (the social-data layer behind Bluesky) can make those claims portable and user-controlled, so projects aren’t trapped in platform silos and many different evaluators and funding mechanisms can build on the same underlying data. Speaker: Holke Brammer (Hypercerts Foundation) This session was part of the 14th edition of Funding the Commons, held November 19, 2025, at Fundación Beethoven in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
