Build21 is a next-generation real estate developer building 21 high-quality residential projects across Romania. We use blockchain not to tokenise properties but to tokenise the right to participate in the profits of the companies developing each project. This approach democratises access for retail investors, enabling them to co-invest alongside us in real estate development through a transparent and decentralised model. Blockchain is our infrastructure of choice not only for financing but also for community governance and transparency. We work with multiple communities (experts, investors, and residents), and blockchain helps align their interests and keep everyone engaged. Through our dApp, residents can track construction progress, view the digital identity of the home (including permits, structural health, and sustainability metrics), and monitor quality-of-life indicators stored on-chain for full transparency.
