Bogdan Arsene makes the case that "crypto coins" are DAOs, that distribution mechanisms alone can outperform established beaurocratic processes and that permissionless allocation is sufficient to settle questions related to organizational configuration and orientation. If decentralized governance and fair value co-creation is to ever become a mainstram reality, we have to make a delibearate effort to ground our frameworks as close to what matters. And, what matters most in any organization, and is as such by far the most contentious item, is resource allocation. Who gives how much to whom for what is the bare metal of intra-organizational politics, everything else adds cost and makes engagement too expensive for a general audience.
